I had a lovely stay for a week in a King Room where I enjoyed a cozy bed and a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. The scenic riverwalk and the comfortable lounge area were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day exploring. Just a heads up, the parking situation could use a bit of work. make sure to check the underground spots! 🌊

Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I planned on fishing charter on Lake Michigan and had a blast.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

We loved strolling the Riverwalk and hitting the nearby beaches. The hotel was a perfect spot, with underground parking and a really helpful manager. Don't miss the breakfast spots close by. those cinnamon rolls were a highlight!

The only downside was the new carpet smell in our room, but it wasn’t a huge deal overall.

The bed was a nightmare, sagging right in the middle, making it feel like a black hole. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay put, and I found bits of hair and unidentifiable black flakes on the linens, which is just not cool. The bathroom felt cramped. it was not only dirty, with streaks in the tub, but the exhaust fan roared loudly, pulling air from the bedroom and amplifying the noise. Outlets were sparse. had to sacrifice the desk lamp just to charge phones. Plus, the housekeeping cart was obnoxiously loud early on a Sunday morning, not a pleasant waking experience. Overall, the place felt like it just needed a good sprucing up.
